In this episode, Dr. Bruce Oliver speaks with Isik Abla, founder of Isik Abla Ministries, about her powerful conversion from Islam to Christianity. Işık Abla was born in Istanbul, Turkey, and raised in a Muslim home. While living in Turkey, Işık earned her BA in Literature and Advanced Post Study in Business Administration. She worked in high-ranking executive positions for some of Turkey's largest corporations and traveled throughout Europe. Throughout her life, she experienced verbal and physical abuse and a highly violent, abusive marriage. In 1996, she fled to America from her violent husband.
In this episode, Isik shares personal reflections on 9/11, how it ignited her passion for reaching Muslims with the gospel, and the sobering reality of division in America today. She also offers wisdom on the recent Charlie Kirk assassination, showing how Christians can stand with courage in the face of persecution. When you listen to this episode all the way, you will hear Isik share a Good News message.
