When visiting with new friends by phone, Buddy Bear likes to enter the room and say hello to the callers. Some of you know what I am talking about. He likes Milk Bones, French fries and tons of hugs.
Bruce and Winnie are often found praising our Lord together when invited for their music ministry. Dr. Oliver loves to fill the pulpit when asked and they both love the Lord.
The story here is that I have not been on a bike for over a half century! Boy I am old! The good news is that I did not fall first time I came back to riding after 50 years. I tend to take short rides rather than long ones, especially here in the Texas Summer heat. I think it is good to challenge yourself once in a while. When is the last time you tried something you have not done for years?
Once in a blue moon, we love to get out of the office and eat some Hibachi cooked right in front of us. Never knew I loved the smell of the cooking and the taste of the grilled shrimp so very much. Anyone want to meet us for a bite to eat? We know the BEST Hibachi restaurants in Dallas - Forth Worth. You can treat if you like .
Dr. Oliver loves to preach the Word of God. Along with interviewing special guests for the Talks For Christ podcasts, preaching is in his DNA. Dr. Oliver loves to answer the call when pastors need a day off. You will find a few messages preached in TFC.
The other evening my wife and I went to fill the tank up with gas for the long weekend. We stopped at a new place called Crave, in Mansfield, Texas. They have the BEST hot dogs and tater tots. After eating, I was given the opportunity to try something new for the first time. Axe throwing. Really... After a few attempts, I hit the Bull's Eye. I sure had a lot of fun. Bruce will do his best to help your podcast hit the target just like he did here this night.
