LET ME BE THE BEST BIBLE

Alex MacLeod has been a believer since June, 1984.  He's been a musician for forty years.  He says "while I have always had songs rolling around in my heart and mind, it has only been the last ten years that I have taken songwriting seriously."

Alex has performed in various bluegrass bands around New England since
1992, and in church since 2003. In 2013, his current band, Rock Hearts
was formed and in 2021, signed with Nashville-based Sammy
Passammano III and his 615 Hideaway Record Label.

Alex says: "As a believer, I perform a gospel song one in hopes that it glorifies God and secondly, causes people to consider their fate and their faith.  When I felt the conviction to set down the lyrics and melody for "Let Me Be
the Best Bible", it was as natural as having a conversation with God. The
message was one from my Gramma Smith who told me when I was a
little guy. As it says in Matthew 10:19-25, “God will give you the right
words at the right time.”  Indeed HE did."
