B. We welcome inquiries from individuals, ministries, media newsletters, press releases, and general referrals.
C. Criteria for Selection: We look for authenticity, credibility, and uniqueness in the stories and messages of potential speakers. We also consider how the message is typically communicated.
D. Phone Conversation: Dr. Oliver likes to schedule a brief 5-minute phone conversation with potential speakers before scheduling the interview for the podcast. This allows us to discuss details and ensure alignment with our platform.
E. Talking Points Form: Once a speaker is approved, we send out a Talking Points PDF for completion. This allows speakers to provide information about the topics they'd like to discuss during the podcast. While speakers are encouraged to share what's close to their heart, Dr. Oliver may occasionally suggest specific topics.
F. Official Scheduling Form: After the Talking Points are received, we send out the Official Scheduling Form to lock in the podcast interview. You'll receive an immediate email with instructions on how to prepare for the interview.
G. Transparency: Dr. Oliver values transparency and encourages speakers to ask any questions they may have before the interview to ensure clarity and readiness.

Our process for creating ministry podcasts involves four phases:
Phase 1: Pre-Production Phase
In this phase, we begin by having a short 5-minute introductory phone call to get acquainted. Following this, we send you a few emails and provide you with a Talking Points PDF to complete. Once the Talking Points are received, we send you an email containing a special scheduling link that takes you to a calendar where you can schedule your interview.
Phase 2: Production Phase
During this phase, you connect to our system either by computer using a special ID or by calling in using a landline. If these options aren't available, you can also use a cell phone, although the quality may be slightly lower.
Phase 3: Post-Production
This phase involves our work to polish up the interview through editing. We also build you a customized podcast page, complete with a podcast player and a description of your ministry.
Phase 4: Promotion Phase
In the final phase, you have the opportunity to announce your new podcast to the world. We provide you with an official link that directs visitors to your podcast webpage, which we've created to host your podcast.

For speakers interested in maximizing views and listeners to their podcast, the Mini-Cast Directory offers a valuable opportunity. It eliminates the need for additional interviews or scripting, as speakers typically provide us with the necessary content to create these videos.
We have found that it is best for us to offer Sponsorship Packages. Sponsorship Packages at $150 or greater include a 2 minute mini-cast spotlighting your ministry. Comparable custom 2-minute videos can be very costly if sourced independently online. Two extra big points is that they suggest to listeners to select a link to your main podcast. A big plus is that you can also download the video to use creatively online if you decide to become a sponsor.
Speakers can utilize these mini-cast videos across various platforms, including social media and their own websites, to promote their podcast with us. Additionally, inclusion in our directory helps speakers attract more traffic to their podcast.
